Orelis service texts, only after you opt in.
Orelis sends text messages only to people a client has named as its authorized users, and only after they opt in. Every message is a service message about your organization's Orelis account.
How to opt in, what you get, and how to stop.
How do I opt in?
Text JOIN (or START) to the Orelis text number assigned to your organization, from the mobile phone that should receive the messages. Each business client has its own Orelis number; Orelis's own number is +1 847-447-2676. No message is sent to a number before it opts in. On opting in, you receive the opt-in confirmation: “Orelis: You're signed up for service texts about your organization's Orelis account. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.”
Who can opt in?
Employees of Orelis's business clients whom the client has named as authorized users. Orelis texts no one else.
What will Orelis send?
Service messages about your organization's Orelis account: replies to questions you text to Orelis about your own organization's transactions, and confirmations that documents you texted to Orelis were received. Orelis sends no marketing or promotional messages.
How often, and what does it cost?
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
How do I stop, or get help?
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You receive one confirmation, and nothing after that: “Orelis: You're unsubscribed and will get no more messages. Reply START to resubscribe.” Reply START or JOIN to opt in again. Reply HELP for help: “Orelis: For help, email rick@orelisplatform.com or visit orelisplatform.com. Reply STOP to opt out.” Or email rick@orelisplatform.com directly.
Do I have to opt in to buy from Orelis?
No. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
What happens to my number?
No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your number is shared only with Twilio, which delivers the messages, and with the providers that host Orelis's systems. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
