This policy covers visitors to orelisplatform.com.

What we collect

Information you give us. If you complete the Founding Organizations form, we collect the name, organization, and email address you enter, plus the optional message field. That is the entire form. We ask for nothing else, and there is no account to create.

If you email us directly, we receive whatever you choose to include in that email.

If you give us your mobile number, we collect that number. See Text Messages (SMS) below.

Information collected automatically. Our site uses a privacy-preserving analytics service that records aggregate visit data (pages viewed, referring site, approximate region, browser type). This site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. We do not use advertising trackers, retargeting pixels, or cross-site tracking of any kind.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone beyond the processors above, and we do not use it for advertising.

Text messages (SMS)

We will not text you unless you ask us to. There is no way to receive a text message from Orelis without first providing your mobile number and affirmatively agreeing to receive them. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of buying anything from us.

No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile numbers are shared only with Twilio, our message delivery provider, for the sole purpose of transmitting the messages you asked for. They are used for no other purpose.

What we send. Only service and operational notifications relating to your account or a matter you have engaged us on. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

How to stop. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation, and nothing after that. Reply HELP for assistance, or email rick@orelisplatform.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How we use it

Form submissions and emails are used for exactly one purpose: to reply to you.

As the site states, there is no newsletter and no automated sequence. You will receive a personal reply, and nothing you did not ask for.

How long we keep it

We retain inquiries, form submissions, and mobile numbers for four years, then delete them. If you opt out of text messages, we retain a record of your opt-out for as long as necessary to honor it — that record exists only to make sure we never message you again.

Aggregate analytics data is retained by our analytics provider on its standard schedule and is not personally identifiable.

Your choices

Email rick@orelisplatform.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will action deletion requests promptly and confirm when it is done. You do not need to give a reason.

Security

Information submitted through this site is transmitted over an encrypted connection, and access within Orelis is limited to Rick Leeper. It is also handled by the service providers named above, each for the single purpose described in that table.

Children

This site is intended for business use and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will update the date above and, where the change affects information already collected, notify anyone affected by email.
